Drop by the Bandon Senior Activity Center for games, exercise, music and dance. Here’s the Fall 2022 activity schedule:
WALK FOR HEALTH (free): A new program to reduce pain and inflammation, 10-11 a.m. Tues/Thurs.
YAZZI’S CHAIR YOGA (by donation): 10 a.m. Mon/Wed/Fri. and 4 p.m. Sat.
GAMES OF CHOICE: 2-5 p.m. Mon.
CRIBBAGE: 5:15-10 p.m. Mon.
DANCERCIZE WITH ANGIE (by donation): Aerobic workout to old and new music, 4 p.m. Wed.
DUPLICATE BRIDGE: 11:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Thurs.
TAKE OFF POUNDS SENSIBLY (TOPS) weigh-in and meeting: 8:30-10 a.m. Fri.
BEGINNER BRIDGE LESSONS (free): 11:30 a.m. Fri.
OPEN BRIDGE: 1 to 4 p.m. Fri.
MORRIS DANCERS, part of the South Coast Folk Society, rehearse 6-8 p.m. on the third Sat. Open to the public. Band practice is 6:30-7:30 on fourth Fri. Call Paul at 541-404-8267 for info.
