The City of Bandon is following guidance from the Oregon Health Authority to protect the public and reduce the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). The number of visitors will be limited for events presented at the community center and theater. Our facilities manager will work with each group to coordinate use of spaces and provide updates about cleaning procedures for each venue.

  • We look forward to seeing you at your next event at the Sprague Community Theater or Bandon Community Center. To complete your reservation request, you will need the following information:
    • Contact information, including an authorized renter representative, for your business or group
    • Event details, including dates, brief event description, and ticketing or registration for public events
    • Select the spaces you’d like to reserve, and let us know if you need specific event equipment
    • Electronic signature by authorized renter representative agreeing to rental contract terms
    Renters are required to provide a deposit to secure the reservation. You will receive a security deposit invoice after your request has been confirmed. For details about additional documentation, deposits, cancellations and final invoices, please read our Renter Agreement.
