Reservation Request | Bandon | Venue Facility Space Rental

We look forward to seeing you at your next event at the Sprague Community Theater or Bandon Community Center. To complete your reservation request, you will need the following information:
- Contact information, including an authorized renter representative, for your business or group
- Event details, including dates, brief event description, and ticketing or registration for public events
- Select the spaces you’d like to reserve, and let us know if you need specific event equipment
- Electronic signature by authorized renter representative agreeing to rental contract terms
Renters are required to provide a deposit to secure the reservation. You will receive a security deposit invoice after your request has been confirmed. For details about additional documentation, deposits, cancellations and final invoices, please read our Renter Agreement.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
Insurance– Two weeks prior to the event, renters must provide a certificate of event liability insurance.*

Liquor License– Two weeks prior to the event, renters must provide an OLCC special event license for alcohol sale or service at ticketed events.*

Music Royalties– Public events that include live or prerecorded music are subject to royalties. Renters will be charged applicable ASCAP and BMI royalties, unless the renter/presenter has acquired required licensing.*
