Senior Activity Center, June 2022

 In Arts & Community

Move to the music and get some easy exercise by dancing, starting this month at the Bandon Senior Activity Center. Geared for seniors and offered by donation, the sessions will be led by Angie Caylor each Wednesday at 4 p.m.

In addition, two new Chair Yoga classes are being offered at 6 p.m. Tuesdays and 4 p.m. Saturdays. Other sessions are at 10 a.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Arts and crafts, bingo, poker lessons, pool and ping-pong tourneys, walking and biking groups, pickleball, tea parties, and an ice cream social — all have been suggested as fun things to do at the center. The only thing needed to make them happen is — YOU! So if you can lead or help coordinate a program, please call and volunteer, 541-347-4131.

Also on the schedule:
Games of Choice: 1 to 5 p.m. Monday.
Duplicate bridge: 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday.
Cribbage: 5:30 until 9 or 10 p.m. Thursday.
