Bare Bones in the Shadow Lands

June 25, 2026 @ 7:00 pm

Laurelann Porter offers “Bare Bones in the Shadow Lands,” a sound healing, storytelling and song sharing experience, at 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 25, at the Sprague Community Theater.

“My work as a shamanic healer has centered mostly around grief: grief for loved ones we’ve lost as well as other kinds of grief. I find the most profound grief I’ve ever had to process is grief from my own disappointments at failing to meet my own expectations,” shares Porter.

“Most often our grief is layered. The layers it takes to unpeel get re-layered with each new loss we experience. This performance will highlight some of the songs that came through my shamanic song channeling process. The performance combines storytelling, ritual, and song to guide you through the wisdom and inspiration you may require to move with grace through your own shadow journey.”

This presentation includes mature themes, and / or strong language, and is recommended for teen and adult audience members.

Admission $11.50
