Movie Night: Top Gun

After losing his friend, an impetuous Navy pilot is accepted into Miramar’s elite Fighter School. There, the pilot engages in a romance with his instructor while competing against a rival student flier for the program’s coveted award.

“Top Gun” stars Tom Cruise, Kelly McGillis, Anthony Edwards, Val Kilmer and Tim Robbins, directed by Tony Scott. The movie is produced by Paramount Pictures, 1986, rated PG. Run time is 1 hour, 50 minutes.

Show time is 7 p.m., Friday, July 11 at the Sprague Community Theater.
