Movie Night & Costume Contest: Hocus Pocus

Join the 2025 Sprague Community Theater movie night and costume contest on Friday, Oct. 3. The costume parade starts at 6:30 p.m. with movie at 7 p.m. Costume contestants can win a season pass to 2026 movies at the Sprague and Amazon gift cards.

Hocus Pocus

Three 17th-century witches are resurrected on Halloween in modern-day Salem by an unsuspecting boy who must work with his friends to figure out how to get the witches back in the ground.

“Hocus Pocus” stars Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, Kathy Najimy, Omri Katz and Thora Birch, directed by Kenny Ortega. The movie is produced by Walt Disney Pictures, 1993, rated PG. Run time is 1 hour, 35 minutes.

Admission is $5 at the door, cash only. Concessions are available for purchase.
