The post Auditions: Headin’ for the Hills first appeared on Bandon Events.]]> New Artists Productions will be holding auditions for new actors and character casting for returning actors on Sunday, January 26, 2020 from 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. Students grades 1 through 12 are welcome. The auditions will be held at the Sprague Community Theater. Please use the back stage entrance at the southwest side of the building.

Directors Dan and Anita Almich are looking for actors who want to have a good time with a comedy play called “Headin’ For the Hills,” by Tim Kelly. There are parts with large line counts, some medium, some small, and some without any lines – just extra cast members.

The production will include a front-end segment in the form of the old “Hee Haw” television show. This segment is still in development and may include jokes, music, and possibly a dance or two.

The production dates are April 17 – 19 and April 24 – 26, 2020. Rehearsals start in February. If you have any questions, please call Anita at 541-347-2517 or email almich3@frontier.com.
