The post 20th Annual Women’s Health Day first appeared on Bandon Events.]]> The Southern Coos Health Foundation presents the 20th annual Women’s Health Day from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, with the theme “Mindfully Navigating Life Changes.” The event will be held at both the Sprague Community Theater and the Bandon Community Center and will include speakers, panel discussion, breakfast and lunch, vendors, raffles and more! Free admission, thanks to our generous sponsors.

Women’s Health Day is an annual event held by the Southern Coos Hospital & Health Center and Southern Coos Health Foundation. Over the past 16 years, Women’s Health Day has focused on health-related topics that are relevant to women. This year’s focus will be mental and emotional wellness.

Admission is free. Tickets are not required but we do ask that you register at southerncoos.org/womenshealthday.

Women’s Health Day is 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 1, 2020, at the Bandon Community Center. Breakfast starts at 8:30 a.m.
