DESCRIPTION:April 27 Update: This event has been postponed. \n\nHarbor Lights Middle School is pleased to present a marimba concert at 6 p.m. on Thursday\, April 28. \nVenue Change: This concert will be presented at the Harbor Lights Middle School gymnasium\, 390 9th St SW\, in Bandon. \nThe performance will feature three HLMS marimba band ensembles showcasing music in a variety of styles from Zimbabwean style music to pieces by contemporary composers and popular music arranged for marimba. The event is also an opportunity to share appreciation for all past donors along with those who have helped repair and maintain the school’s marimba collection. \nAdmission is free\, but donations are gratefully accepted to support the marimba instrument collection\, including new mallets and marimbas.
