DESCRIPTION:Southern Coos Hospital and Health Center will hold a Community COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic on Monday\, April 12\, 2021\, from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.\, at the Bandon Community Center. \nVaccine supply is limited\, and advance registration is required. \nRegistration\nRegister Online with the Block It Now app \nCall the Southern Coos COVID-19 Hotline: 541-329-1032 \nVisit the Southern Coos Hospital & Health Center website \nEligibility\nThe Oregon Health Authority has expanded vaccine eligibility to more residents. Phases 1A\, 1B\, including Group 7\, which includes frontline workers and adults 18-45 with underlying medical conditions\, are now eligible for vaccinations. Previously eligible groups still qualify\, including those age 65 and older\, health professionals\, care givers and school district employees. \nBeginning April 5\, Group 7 will be able to receive the vaccine.
