DESCRIPTION:April 27 Update: This event has been postponed. \n\nHarbor Lights Middle School is pleased to present a marimba concert at 6 p.m. on Thursday\, April 28. \nVenue Change: This concert will be presented at the Harbor Lights Middle School gymnasium\, 390 9th St SW\, in Bandon. \nThe performance will feature three HLMS marimba band ensembles showcasing music in a variety of styles from Zimbabwean style music to pieces by contemporary composers and popular music arranged for marimba. The event is also an opportunity to share appreciation for all past donors along with those who have helped repair and maintain the school’s marimba collection. \nAdmission is free\, but donations are gratefully accepted to support the marimba instrument collection\, including new mallets and marimbas. We want to build a team of Friends who Love our parks. At this meeting we will choose an Executive Committee to lead us in building a Vision for our parks for generations to come. DESCRIPTION:Southern Coos Hospital and Health Center will hold a Community COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic on Monday\, April 19\, 2021\, from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.\, at the Bandon Community Center. \nVaccine supply is limited\, and advance registration is required. \nRegistration\nRegister Online with the Community Health Events Scheduler \nCall the Coos County Community Vaccination Schedule phone line: 541-435-7553 \nVisit the Southern Coos Hospital & Health Center website \nEligibility\nPeople in Phases 1 & 2 are eligible to receive the vaccine\, which includes everyone 18 and older\, unconditionally. \nSouthern Coos Hospital & Health Center is administering the Moderna vaccine\, which requires an initial shot followed by a booster four weeks later. \nCurrently\, the only vaccine that has been authorized by the FDA for use by people under the age of 18 is the Pfizer vaccine.
